Welcome to T.C.G Engineering ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any related interactions with our company. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services & Agreements
All services including fabrication, maintenance, construction, and related offerings are provided based on written proposals or contracts. Scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed upon mutual agreement. Any modifications to the agreed terms require written approval from both parties.
 
Pricing & Payments
Quotes remain valid for a specified period unless otherwise stated in writing. Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe outlined in the contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in the payment terms. Deposits may be required for certain projects to commence work.
 
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and may be subject to fees based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. Refund eligibility for unused services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
 

Safety & Compliance

Clients are responsible for disclosing all known site hazards and must comply with applicable Australian safety standards and regulations. T.C.G reserves the right to suspend work if conditions are deemed unsafe for our personnel or operations.


Liability & Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as outlined in individual service agreements. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service delivery.


Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by T.C.G remain our intellectual property until full payment for services is received. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.


Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant Australian privacy legislation. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data unless disclosure is required by law.
 

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through the appropriate legal channels in the specified jurisdiction.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
